This lovely heritage home was built in 1852 by Colonial Thomas Dawson and was the home of the late Premier of PEI,  The Honourable Joseph A Ghiz. 

Our Four Star B&B with spacious grounds lacks nothing combining Victorian Charm with modern ammenities within our elegant guestrooms.  Whether relaxing in our gardens or enjoying cocktails on our large deck by the pool, The Dawson House has something special for everyone.  We cater to romanic couples, golfers, business travellers and couples enjoying a life style vacation.  

We're located in Charlottetown, PEI's beautiful, historic Capital... walking distance to restaurants, pubs, theatre and the ocean boardwalk.  

Your hosts, Randy McGonnell and Stacey O'Neill have had over 20 plus years in the hospitality industry...  We love meeting our guests and creating an incredible experience for them.  The Dawson House B&B is a place where everone arrives as guests, but leave as friends!
