Our Policies:
- Rates are quoted in Canadian Dollars based on a double occupancy basis per night.
- Provincial Sales Tax (PST) of 10%, Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% and Gratuities are not included in room rates.
- Early departures will be charged for their full length of stay unless we are able to re-book the entire reservation.
- Children over 12 are welcome.
- On selected week-ends some rooms may have a 2 day minimum.
- Check-in time is between 4:00pm and 6:00pm unless otherwise pre-arranged. Check-out time is 11:00am on the day of your departure.
- Cash, travellers cheques, debit, Visa and MasterCard are all happily accepted.
- We enjoy a non-smoking environment.
- Although we love animals... we do not allow them in the House. We would be happy to recommend some great kennels. Visiting on the grounds is accepted.
- We will make every attempt to accommodate special dietary needs.
Cancellation Policy:
- We require a one night's deposit in order to guarantee your reservation.
- If notification of cancellation is received prior to 14 days to date booked the deposit will be returned less a cancellation fee of $25.
- If notification of cancellation is not received 14 days prior to the date booked your deposit will be returned less a $25 cancellation fee only if we are able to re-book your entire reservation
- If notification of cancellation is not received 14 days prior to the date booked the full length of your stay will be charged if we are unable to resell the rooms
