
DAWSON HOUSE MOIST BANANA BREAD
1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Teaspoon Magic Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
2 Eggs
2 1/2 Tablespoons Milk
1/2 Cup Mazola Oil
1 Cup Mashed Banana (2 Good Sized Bananas)
Preheat oven to 350F
Mix all together for about two minutes with an electric beater. Pour into sprayed or greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour (depending on oven). Cool in pan for approximately 15 - 20 minutes before removing.

BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour 1 Cup Plain Yogurt (or I use anykind that want to use up)
1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar 1/4 Cup Milk
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Egg
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 Cup Butter or Margarine, Melted
Preheat oven to 425F (220C), Grease or Spray Muffin Tin
In a large metal bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl beat together egg and vanilla. Add yogurt, milk and melted butter; mix well. Add to flour mixture; stir just until blended. Add approximately 3/4 cups of blueberries and fold thru. Spoon batter into prepared muffin tins (I always add a few more on top as well). Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

MARY'S Mmmm QUICHE

1 1/3 Cups Milk
3 Eggs
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
1/2 Small Onion, Thinly Sliced & Chopped
1 Small Orange Bell Pepper, Sliced and Cut into Small Pieces
1 Large Tomato, Sliced and Chopped
2 Cups of Brocoli (I use the Frozen Bag from Compliments)
1 1/3 Cup of Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese (Can you any kind of Chedder you prefer)
Preheat oven to 400F
Beat bisquick, milk, eggs, salt & pepper in a bowl until smooth and set aside. Combine the last of the ingredients and toss together and put in greased or sprayed pie plate. Beat the liquid one more time and pour into pie plate. Grate fresh pepper on top and bake for approximately 40-45 minutes. Cool slightly before slicing.
